Rob Creemers
Executive Director
Robert Creemers is the founding director of APS with over 30 years experience in project management in the property refurbishment industry. He has been involved in the majority of major contracts APS has undertaken and loves a difficult challenge and has a science degree from Massey University. His interests include family, motorbikes (all sorts) and fitness.
David Karam
Chief Executive Officer
David is the CEO of APS. He joined the company in 2004 and is involved with all aspects of the business; in particular roof access and height safety systems. Prior to joining APS, David was the National Operations Manager for a building supplies retailer. Formerly an officer in the Army Engineers, he has managed several national and international projects. David's interests include rugby, hunting and "going bush".
Mike Regan
Chief Financial Officer
Mike joined APS as the Finance and Administration Manager in 2010. An experienced accountant, Mike brings extensive experience in Senior Finance and Administration having managed both large and medium teams. He also gained experience in a project-based installation company. Given his commendable contributions, Mike was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2023. Family orientated, Mike enjoys socialising with keen interests in rugby, water sports and fishing.
Samuel Owens
General Manager
In 2021, Samuel became an integral part of APS when he assumed the role of Senior Sales Manager. His delivery of quantifiable sales targets, implementing effective process enhancements, and demonstrating sound leadership have recently earned him a well-deserved promotion to the position of General Manager in 2023. With an extensive background spanning over two decades in the Commercial Construction and Civil industry. Samuel's wealth of knowledge will be instrumental in shaping the future of APS and driving the company towards its next phase of growth.
Sarah Stewart
Senior Strategy and Partnerships Manager
With 10 years of high level customer and client management, Sarah joined APS in 2018 to develop the business in both sales and marketing capacities. Having experience in the gift, paint, and PR industries, she has a dynamic understanding of the sales platform, bringing with her treasured established relationships. In her spare time, Sarah loves cheering on her son at sport games, hanging out with friends, and spending time with her family.
Ian Gotty
Senior Health & Safety Manager
Ian is a qualified builder with 22 years of commercial construction management experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Ian transitioned into H&S management after returning from working abroad and has spent the last ten years providing pragmatic health and safety advice and support in the commercial construction, telecommunications, and public health system sectors. In 2022.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys surfing with his children, coaching a junior rugby team, live music, and anything food-related.
Steven Paul
National Sales Manager
Steven Paul is the National Sales/Client Manager for APS, having been with the company since 2002. Steven deals with all our national-based clients, including banks, retail chains and property managers, involving all forms of property maintenance and nationwide rebrands for clients. Prior to joining APS, he was an account manager for a financial services company for three years, and was involved in an insurance reinstatement business for eleven years. His interests include sailing, golf and socialising.
Bryce Legg
Senior Sales Manager
Bryce joined APS in 2021 having worked the previous year in operations for an Exterior Painting & Plastering business. In 2019, he returned home to Auckland after 9 years in Perth, Western Australia, where he worked largely in the new commercial painting industry. His diverse background and wealth of knowledge make him a valuable member to our team at APS. Beyond his professional pursuits, Bryce enjoys playing golf, Fishing, Rugby and spending time with his friends and family.Â
Nita Wetti
Client Manager
Nita joined APS in 2020, having spent several years managing a busy CBD sales team in the print industry. Her background also includes working in legal firms specialising in criminal and insurance litigation, and as a Hansard Reporter in Parliament. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her busy family, trail running around NZ, and a gutsy Aussie Shiraz.
James Brooking
Client Manager
In 2015, James made the bold decision to transition from being a Head Chef in a bustling Wellington restaurant to join APS's waterproofing division. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for abseiling and became a valuable member of the heights team. As James continued to excel within the company, he gradually advanced to the role of Client Manager/Specialist in the Waterproofing and Height Division through organic growth. In his spare time, James enjoys fishing, rugby league and spending his time with his wife and two young kids.
Nikolai Vulinovich
Client Manager
Nikolai joined APS in 2022 after spending 8 years working in the commercial real estate sector in Australia and NZ, specialising in the sales and leasing of several industrial properties. Nikolai successfully navigated complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders, including government bodies and institutional investors, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills and expertise in managing multi trade contracts. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Nikolai enjoys fishing, diving and watching sports.
Harry Gardner
Client Manager
Harry joined APS at the age of 19, initially working as a general labourer. He successfully completed his Roofing apprenticeship in 2018 earning Apprentice of the Year with Skills NZ. With extensive technical expertise gained over the years, Harry transitioned to our Sales team in 2022, specializing in roofing and building projects. Since then, he has successfully secured and managed medium to large multi trade contracts. Outside of work Harry enjoys socialising with friends at live music events or the latest bars enjoying a glass of wine with his partner.
Brook Ralston
Client Manager – Bay of Plenty
Brook is an experienced Client Manager with years working within the construction materials industry. A builder by trade, Brook brings extensive expertise in asbestos remediation. Equipped with strong technical skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and a wealth of industry knowledge, Brook successfully oversees the Bay of Plenty division, consistently delivering exceptional results through innovative solutions. Outside of work, Brook enjoys surfing and family time with his wife and three daughters.
Gary Ellice
Client Manager - Waikato / Bay of Plenty
Born and raised in the Far North of New Zealand, Gaz has thrived in the Waikato for 12 years. Having transitioned to property maintenance in 2020, Gaz has cultivated strong connections across the region, offering tailored solutions grounded in local insights. In 2023 he joined APS bringing his extensive skills and experience in client relationship management. Gaz incorporates health, fitness, and family alongside his professional pursuits, bringing dedication and balance to all aspects of his life and ready to leverage his experience and understanding of the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.
Fabiana Lorello
Business Development Manager
With roots tracing back to Roman heritage, Fabiana adds a bubbly, vibrant personality to the team. Having honed her skills managing fitness centres for years, she seamlessly shifted into projects management in the construction sector. In 2024, Fabiana joined APS, bringing her background in asbestos removal and demolition projects. With her expertise and exceptional social skills, Fabiana promises to provide invaluable contributions as a Business Development Manager to support APS. Outside of work, she enthusiastically pursues her fitness interests, as well as her love for the beach and travel.
Kelly Crang-Parsons
Junior Client Manager
Kelly joined APS in 2021, with over 5 years of Administration experience and a can-do attitude. Starting as a Team Administrator providing support around the office, she immediately progressed to a Business Services Coordinator. In 2024, Kelly joined the sales team primarily looking after the National based clientele. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kelly's an all-year-round camper, enjoys spending time with loved ones and doing anything fitness from Yoga, Pilates to Running.
Madi Schipper
Sales Support Coordinator
Madi joined APS in May of 2024, equipped with over 10 years’ administration experience and a professional background in mental and holistic health/wellbeing, Psychology and Nursing. Prior to joining APS Madi was working as a mentor, support worker and health coach to those most vulnerable within the community nationwide. Encompassing working with different organisations and in her own business with her identical twin sister. She is not shy of what life can provide, where she warmly welcomes kindness, understanding and joy in her daily interactions. Outside of work she delights in spending quality time with her family and friends, exercising daily, being surrounded by nature, writing poetry and embracing her love of travel/culture.
Kevin Clifton
Senior Technical Manager
Kevin Clifton joined APS in 2001, bringing with him a wealth of experience from factory management to general construction. He holds a Coachbuilder Trade Certificate, showcasing his technical skills and knowledge in the field.
As an accomplished Project/Technical Manager with 22 years of experience, Kevin has successfully overseen projects ranging from interior/exterior painting to multi-trade contracts. In 2008 he initiated the waterproofing division specializing in waterproof membranes. Kevin plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects. His interests include boating, fishing and spending quality time with family.
Brad Douglas
Technical Manager - Building
Brad joined APS in 2001 having spent previous years as a qualified carpenter. He has managed some of APS’s larger building contracts throughout the years. He is a licensed builder with experience of working in live environments. He provides innovative solutions to daily work challenges and has a clear understanding and interpretation of plans and specifications of any project. He works co-operatively with other stakeholders in operational environments. His interests include family, fishing, guitar, and music.
Jim Gordon
Quantity Surveyor
Jim joined APS in 2019 in charge of quantity surveying and estimating for extensive multi-trade tenders. Throughout his tenure, he has actively participated in a diverse range of projects, ranging from seismic upgrades and re-clads to substantial re-roofing ventures. Jim diligently manages the pricing of tenders incorporating intricate architectural drawings and skilfully handles the quantity surveying aspects of our most intricate assignments. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jim enjoys martial arts, food, and cherishes quality time spent with his family.
Sione Lolohea
Technical Manager – Height Safety
Sione Lolohea, originally a builder, seamlessly transitioned into our Height Safety team, applying his building expertise to working at elevated levels. His hands-on experience has played a pivotal role in the creation of innovative safety products, such as the 3D Ladder Bracket, enhancements to our roof anchors, and the formulation of our PPE safety kits. Sione has further extended his contributions by joining our technical team, providing comprehensive support to the broader APS team in all aspects of Height Safety.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Sione is passionate about taekwondo and fishing.
Andrea Donato
Technical and Client Manager
Hailing from Roman ancestry, Andrea (pronounced On-Drey-A) brings a cultured history of experience and Italian charm to the table. As a certified rope access technician, Andrea boasts over a decade of experience in rope access, with a solid seven years dedicated to the APS abseiling team. In addition to contributing to the sales facet of the business and overseeing clients' height safety expectations, Andrea also offers technical assessments for projects involving Roof Access Installation. Beyond his professional pursuits, Andrea expends extra energy on surfing, sailing, and unsurprisingly, climbing.
Jonathan Grandet
Technical Manager - Engineering
Originally from France, Jonathan joined APS in 2023. His background in engineering, CAD design, and project management ensured a seamless integration into the technical team. He has gained experience through working on various overseas offshore structural projects, as well as commercial and residential building projects. His approach is characterized by dynamic problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Jonathan loves taking on challenging projects and beyond his professional pursuits, he enjoys hiking, freediving, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
Chris Jensen
Quantity Surveyor
Chris joined APS as part of the Quantity Surveying team in late 2023, following a career transition to the construction industry in late 2017. With experience as both an estimator and quantity surveyor, Chris has worked for multiple main contractors on various large-scale projects in civil and residential construction.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Chris is an avid supporter of NFL & EPL football. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, as well as indulging in his love for live music, even if it means spending a bit too much money.
Vic Marr
Senior Quality Assurance Manager
Vic started with APS in 1992, accumulating over 30 years of dedicated service. Having served as the Operations Manager for several years, Vic carried the responsibility of coordinating painting and multi-trade contracts. This encompassed tasks such as conducting budget reviews, managing costs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and overseeing recruitment and staff training recruitment and staff training. In 2024, Vic took on the position of Senior Quality Assurance Manager and is steadfastly committed to delivering a superior standard of quality across all trades. Beyond his professional pursuits, he finds joy in spending quality time with his family, fishing and hunting.
Simon Coombes
Senior Environmental Sustainability Manager
Simon Coombes has been with APS since 1999 and managed our nationwide projects. He has handled some of APS's largest contracts over the past 21 years and is experienced in all facets of project management. He caters to clients’ unique requirements and has worked in a variety of environments. He provides prompt issue resolution and cost-efficient solutions. His extensive experience includes painting contracting and building management. In 2022 Simon returned from a four-month sabbatical, moving from a Regional Manager role into a new and exciting role as the Senior Environment Sustainability Manager. Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time with his family and friends, photography, walking, biking and occasionally running.
Nick Russo
Senior Operations Manager
Starting with APS in 1994, Nick was a Project Manager with a wide range of experience across many sectors of the construction industry, including height, paint, and interior refurbishments, and working on large multi-trade projects with budgets between $1-3 million. In January 2022, he was appointed as the Regional Operations Manager for Waikato and Bay of Plenty. A few years after, his career progression led him back to Auckland as the Senior Operations Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in the field and leading our operations team with a strong vision and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Beyond his professional pursuits, he enjoys football, coaching, travel, and spending quality time with his family.Â
Morgan Butt
Regional Operations Manager - (Roofing/Waterproofing)
Morgan has been with APS since 2010 starting out in the waterproofing team. In 2018, he was promoted as a Project Manager, leveraging his extensive expertise in waterproofing and roofing to deliver expert solutions for complex projects. In 2021, he has been appointed as the Operations Manager for our Auckland Waterproofing/Height and Safety division. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys mountain biking, surfing, fishing, anything else outdoors, and spending time with his young family.
Paul Gent
Regional Operations Manager - (Height/RAS/Cleaning)
Originally from England, Paul has a wealth of experience working at height, having been a Paratrooper in the British Army, before moving to New Zealand in 2010. A painter and plasterer in a past life, Paul brought this experience to join APS in 2014 as an abseiler, and now heads up the height safety division. A keen rock climber, Paul spends as much of his spare time at height as he does at work, and when not scaling cliffs, he can be found surfing, Thai boxing, or spear-fishing.
Scott Taucher
Regional Operations Manager- (Building & Engineering)
Originally from Masterton, Scott attended University in Otago gaining two degrees in Management and Marketing before heading to Australia and the UK for his OE. Since returning to New Zealand Scott decided to move into the construction Industry and now has over 20 years’ experience in this sector. He started in High-end residential construction where he completed his national trade cert in carpentry, going on to delivering projects as a Site Manager before moving into the commercial sector as a Project Manager. He also has extensive experience in Group Housing and Social Housing, as a Project Management and Divisional Manager. Scott possesses excellent organisational, planning and time management skills. He implements a practical approach to problem solving and efficiently manages all construction activities to ensure project objectives and client expectations are achieved in terms of safety, quality, programme and budget. Beyond his professional pursuits Scott enjoys travel, music, fishing, playing and watching sport and spending time with his friends, family, and his dog.
David Leeson
Regional Operations Manager - (WAI/BOP - NATIONAL)
David is a trade-qualified builder and process engineer with nearly 20 years of experience across construction, engineering, and manufacturing. He has extensive expertise working in various sectors, particularly in high-compliance environments. With both international and national experience, David has worked with multinational companies, national contractors, and regional firms. He brings 10 years of management experience in overseeing and delivering capital works, maintenance contracts, and industrial engineering projects, having held various general and operational management roles. His expertise spans asset services across industrial manufacturing, corrections, defense, justice, infrastructure, and education sectors. With extensive experience in people management, David is dedicated to excellence and focuses on elevating the entire team to deliver the highest quality service. Beyond his professional pursuits, David enjoys working on projects at home, spending time at the beach, fishing, mountain biking, and enjoying quality time with his family.
Darren Gibson
National Project Manager
Darren has an experienced trade background, spending many years overseas and has gained diverse employment experiences ranging from Dairy farming in Waikato to salmon farming in the Scottish Highlands. Darren spent a lot of his working career engineering for the Dairy Industry and recently, Project Management for a roofing and maintenance company and an integral part of our Auckland National team.

Richard Edgar
Project Manager
Richard started as an APS subcontractor in 2005. With 12 years of building trade experience gained in both his native country of Ireland and in New Zealand, he joined APS as a Project Manager in 2008 specialising in Building and Engineering projects. For the past 16 years, Richard has managed some of APS’ most complex projects. With the ability to form and maintain strong client relationships, Richard consistently goes out of his way to ensure projects meet client expectations and all contractual obligations. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, participating in church activities, hunting, playing rugby, and surfing.
Dylan McKenzie
Project Manager
Dylan has been in the building industry for over 20 years, with a multi-trade background, recladding residential buildings in Auckland city over the last few years. He has also covered maintenance contracts to Housing Corp and likes to dabble in small carpentry works, such as unique display units and cupboards. He likes to spend his spare time surfing, kite surfing, fishing (if someone has a boat), as well as catching up with friends.
Rosie Neale
Project Manager
Originally from Wales, Rosie made the move to New Zealand in June 2018, initially joining APS as part of the Administration team as the National Contract Coordinator. In 2022, Rosie has been appointed as the Project Manager for one of our longstanding client, the University of Auckland. Rosie's proficiency in problem-solving and her adept handling of multiple projects contributes valuable expertise to her role and to the Operations team. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she enjoys watching rugby, going out for walks, and wine tasting with friends.
Buks Kruger
Project Manager
Buks holds an impressive 22-year tenure within the Petrochemical industry. His journey began humbly as a welder, evolving into a skilled structural, ASME welder from 1999 to 2009. Progressing further, he embraced a role as a supervisor, followed by a transition into the QA/QC department. With a remarkable 11 years as a welding inspector, he has guided new fabrication and maintenance projects, overseeing operations of existing plants, as well as pioneering projects in the oil and gas sector. Beyond the professional realm, Buks spends quality time with his family and enjoys golf, fishing, and off-road riding.
Warren Newman
Project Manager
Warren has been in the building industry for 40 years and has a wide range of experience across the construction industry including boat building, cabinet making, shop fitouts and construction.
He joined APS in 2013 as a foreman after being self employed for a number of years and has been involved in the recladding of leaky buildings in and around Auckland.
Warren’s interests include fishing, family, and travel.
Gray Sergeev
Project Manager - Roofing
Gray joined APS in 2015 after bringing his 20 years of experience in the construction industry that included various trades such as building, woodworking and roofing. He started with APS as a leading hand in our Roofing team with the mindset of creating sustainable workflow for projects with budgets varying from 2K$ to 3Mil$ and progressed as a Project Manager in 2022. Gray enjoys hiking in the great outdoors and is creative, mostly spends time in his workshop with all sorts of arts and crafts.
David Palmer
Project Manager
David has been a qualified abseiler for years before joining as a Project Manager in our Heights division in 2023. Over the past decade, David has honed his expertise in a diverse range of trades, working diligently in New Zealand and Australia. His versatile experience encompasses property maintenance, engineering, mining, and the thrilling world of abseiling. Beyond his professional pursuits, David leads an active and adventurous life, pursuing passions like mountain biking, snowboarding, and hiking, good food and drinks with his mates.
Kelvin Crang-Parsons
Project Manager
Kelvin has a remarkable track record of three years as a leading hand and a solid eight years of hands-on experience as a water proofer. Holding qualifications as both a proficient water proofer and a skilled abseiler. In 2023 Kelvin joined our waterproofing division as a Project Manager and brings a unique blend of expertise to every project he undertakes. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kelvin loves the great outdoors. Whether he's out fishing, camping, or travelling. Kelvin is a great addition to our Operations team, someone who loves challenges and adventures with equal enthusiasm.
Simon Marcel
Project Manager
Simon Marcel is a qualified builder with 17 years of expertise in the field. His extensive background covers a broad range of construction projects, spanning from renovations to commercial ventures. Notably, he also managed the South Auckland region for a prestigious residential construction company. Beyond his professional pursuits, Simon enjoys quality time with his young family and actively engages in rugby, fishing, hunting, and various outdoor activities.
Brendon Bowie
Project Manager - Waikato / Bay of Plenty
Brendon has accumulated an impressive 21-year experience in the abseil and height industry, with a notable 19-year tenure at APS. Throughout his career, he has developed a profound expertise in various height-related areas, including the installation of anchors and safety lines. Beyond his professional pursuits, he enjoys most sports, but fishing is his absolute favorite.
Greg Prendergast
Project Manager - Waikato / Bay of Plenty
Greg joined APS in 2023 and has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years with extensive knowledge in different areas. For the most part he has been in the painting Industry including owning his own business, working in commercial and residential areas. He prides himself in his attention to detail, vast knowledge of product, material and processes. Making peoples visions come to reality is a massively rewarding part in his career. In his spare time, he enjoys riding dirt bikes with his family, fishing and the odd hunt or too.Â
Andries Van Wyk
Project Manager - Waikato / Bay of Plenty
Originally from South Africa, Andries started his career in the electronic banking and retail sectors before transitioning into the construction industry. He ran a successful construction business for 15 years before relocating to New Zealand in 2017. In 2018, Andries joined APS and earned his NZ Carpentry qualification while working in our BOP office. With a wealth of experience as a leading hand in Bay of Plenty, Andries finds pleasure in woodworking, spending quality time with his family and fishing during his leisure time.
Adam Mickleson
Project Manager
Adam, originally from Tauranga in the sunny Bay of Plenty, joined APS in 2024, bringing with him 22 years of experience in the roofing and safety access industry. This includes 3 years in project management and 5 years as a business owner/manager, specializing in providing roofing and safe access solutions and installations. Adam possesses strong leadership skills and has the ability to effectively manage multiple projects while also being skilled in risk management and problem-solving to ensure project success. Aside from his professional expertise, Adam enjoys quality time with friends and family, motorsports, classic cars, fishing, and exploring new travel destinations.
Matthew Chant
Project Manager
Originally hailing from the UK, Matthew joined APS in 2024, bringing with him over 8 years of invaluable roofing experience and a diverse skill set that includes expertise with concrete tile and slate. Known for his meticulous approach and attention to detail, Matthew has successfully managed various high-profile projects, such as the Auckland Grammar School warm roof system and the Drury School warm roof system. One of his most exciting accomplishments was being part of the team that worked on the roofs in Mission Bay for The Block NZ in 2018, showcasing his ability to thrive under pressure and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Beyond his professional pursuits, Matthew enjoys playing football and loves nothing more than spending quality time with his family on exhilarating jetski adventures and relaxing in Mangawhai.
Paula Lolesi
Administration / Office Manager
Paula has been an integral part of APS since 2008. As our dedicated office manager, she's the one who holds everything together seamlessly. Paula's role involves organising meetings, maintaining databases and making our company events unforgettable. When she's not expertly managing the office and the Business services support team, Paula cherishes moments with her family, indulges in some retail therapy and spends quality time with friends. She's not just an office superstar; she's also a passionate supporter of the Warriors. Paula, you're the real MVP!
Dallas Ratima
Logistics Manager
Dallas joined APS as the Logistics Manager in June 2020. Dallas had spent the last 15 years managing heavy transport fleets and warehouses in the transport & logistics industry. Previously a member of The NZ Army Dallas served on operational tours to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bougainville and East Timor. Dallas’ interests include almost all team sport, golf and spending time with friends and family.
David Lee
IT Architect
David brings over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology and Accounting sectors to APS. He is responsible for managing the Job Costing and Project Management Software along with the APS IT infrastructure. David has managed software implementations in various industries including Accounting, Restaurant, Travel, Motoring and Insurance. This broad knowledge base means that David brings a unique and wide-ranging skillset with him to APS. He previously officiated American Football for almost 20 years both in New Zealand and overseas. Outside of work David enjoys spending time with his wife, playing indoor soccer, travelling, and following the NFL & Formula One.
Alexandra Andreyuk
Finance Team Manager
In 2017, Alexandra was awarded a prestigious full scholarship for the Diploma in Accounting, leading her to embark on an exciting journey and relocate to New Zealand. In 2023, she joined APS, where her profound background in Business Support, spanning from Accounts to Sales and HR, enables her to contribute invaluable skills and qualities to the organisation. Alexandra's expertise encompasses Team Leadership and Management, adept Accounts and Payroll management, as well as proficient debt management.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Alexandra finds joy in playing the piano during her spare time. She also actively engages in different sports activities such as paragliding and parasailing, embracing the thrill of adventure.
Michelle Gonsalves
Quality Assurance, Environment and IT Procurement Manager
Michelle has over 20 years’ experience in business solutions assisting CEOs, CIOs and Project Managers. Her experience covers a wide range of industries from entertainment to education, finance and logistics. She has a strong focus on customer experience to deliver value for all stakeholders. Michelle loves spending time with her family and friends. She is a huge cricket and rugby fan, and physical activity involves dancing and singing. Michelle loves experimenting and creating culinary dishes.
Linda Pogson
Accounts Payable
Linda has been managing the accounts payable module since 2001. With a naturally articulate demeanor, she has excelled as a vital link between APS staff and creditors. Beyond her professional role, Linda enjoys running, going to the gym, and spending time with her family.
Halie McElhiney
Executive Assistant to the Director
Halie joined the APS family in January 2014 as Accounts Receivable/PA to the Auckland Sales team. Over the years Halie has provided support to both the Sales & Operations Height, Roofing & Waterproofing teams. As well as looking after the sales portfolio for the Roof Access System recertifications within our Height Safety division, Halie recently moved into the role of Senior Administrator, supporting our Executive Director and CEO. Halie brings over 25 years of office administration experience with her to APS. Away from work, Halie enjoys quality time with her family, enjoying a glass of wine, and indulging in culinary delights.

HR and Marketing Specialist
Christy came from a medical background and is a Registered Nurse. Her cheerful disposition complements her extensive and diverse background, encompassing over a decade of experience in both local and international administrative roles within various corporate organizations. Her versatility extends beyond proficiency in assistant roles, encompassing successful ventures in event management, marketing and payroll administration. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Christy enjoys traveling and cruising around the world with her husband, dining out with friends and roller skating in her leisure hours.Â
Helena Mayo
Operations and Health Safety Specialist
Helena recently joined APS bringing years of Administration and finance experience from various industries including an engineering company involved in the outdoor recreation sector.
Her interests include camping, boating, spending time with her whanau and catching up with girlfriends over a glass of wine.
Howard Clarke
Project Coordinator
In early 2024, Howard joined APS, bringing with him extensive project experience in the fields of Mining, Construction, and IT projects not only locally but also across Papua New Guinea, Australia, and the South Pacific. Originally from Australia, he has now made New Zealand his home after more than two decades of living in Aotearoa. Beyond his professional pursuits, Howard enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing tennis.
Nadine Ashworth
Payroll/Accounts Specialist
Nadine first joined APS in 2020 as part of the Accounts Payable team. After a brief break, she returned in early 2024, this time taking on the dual responsibilities of Payroll and Accounts. With a wealth of experience in accounting across various industries such as Finance, Manufacturing, Shipping, Creative Design, and Liquor Retail, Nadine brings a diverse skill set to her role. Known for her meticulous nature, Nadine not only excels at managing finances at work but also at home, where she tends to her vegetable garden and manages a 10-acre property. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling, indulging in good food, and sharing a glass of wine with her loved ones under the sun.
Marjorie Rosal
Accounts Payable
Marjorie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in her home country and has a decade of experience as a General Accounting Supervisor for a shipping agency overseas. In 2024, she obtained certification in accounting to gain a better understanding of New Zealand standards. Her academic journey equipped her with a solid foundation in financial principles. She is passionate about leveraging her skills to contribute to effective financial management and strategic decision making. Since joining APS, she embraced opportunities to enhance her expertise in accounts payable and payroll. She believes in continuous learning, collaboration and look forward to contributing to the company’s success. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and discovering new culinary experiences.
