As one of Auckland’s most elevated residential locations, the Kingsview residents have been more than partial to spectacular views.

But with great heights came great elements. This meant that time spent on the 15 levels of northwest facing balconies, was reserved for a few ‘weatherless’ days per year. To resolve this issue and maximise their incredible position, the body corporate committee made the bold move to convert the space to glass sheltered conservatories which can now be enjoyed 365 days of the year.  

“It has completely converted our home”, says Rosie Stubbs, resident of the 14th floor. “We expected it would be good, but we have never been able to properly appreciate our view until now and it is truly breath-taking!”

This stunning conversion project has been completed to high appraise, and the residents at Kingsview Apartments have become like family to the crew at APS, who regularly pop by to enjoy the view over a cuppa.  Perfect result for all.
